Söderby samfällda's fishing waters are in Norra Söderby, Lemland from the eastern part of Knutsbodaviken in the west to the western part of Norrbyviken in the east and in Södra Söderby from the boathouses at Söderby lake in the east, to Kopnäs at the border with Knutsboda in the west. In the fishing waters there are pike, perch, whitefish and zander.

Söderby samfällda is a co-ownership team in Lemland, on Åland, with fishing waters in both Norra Söderby and Södra Söderby. A board of directors consisting of 4-6 board members and personal substitutes functions as the co-owner association's preparatory and executive body. The board initiates and carries out management measures in joint areas and in harbours, and annually plants whitefish and pike fry to secure the stocks.
